Hunter Hayes on the Blown Away Tour on December 9, at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Canada with Carrie Underwood.
Making it’s way around the globe, Carrie Underwood’s Blown Away tour stopped in Toronto this past Sunday to play a sold out crowd at the Air Canada Centre.
On support across North America, is the country singing heart-throb, Hunter Hayes. Hunter, who was recently nominated for three Grammy awards this past week (including one for best new artist), had the crowd on their feet from song one. Having a production of his own, as well as a 40 minute set, it was evident that a piece of the crowd had came out for him.
At only 21 years old, Hunter has accomplished more than any other country artist his age, and he is not stopping anytime soon. As his hit ‘Wanted’ went to number one over the past year, without a doubt he played that to a crowd who sang a long, word for word. Following ‘Wanted’ was ‘Just The Way You Are’, and another hit ‘Storm Warning’ before he ended his set.
Throughout the the set he bounced around from piano to guitar as he joked with crowd in between. He dramatically ended the set jumping off platforms to leave the crowd with a standing ovation.
Hunter appears to not only be a musician, but definitely an entertainer as well. As his journey is just beginning, he has without a doubt an exciting road ahead of him.
