Gemini Syndrome “The Wrong Side of Heaven Tour”
The first time I saw Gemini Syndrome was at this year’s Rock on the Range.
As I am sure like many fans; that are catching them on this tour with Five Finger Death Punch are like ok opening band (hope they are ok) and you walk away with your face melted off and running home to find out about them online.
Music Tour Reviews got a chance to interview singer Aaron Nordstrom about the impact their band is making in the rock scene.
They have just released their debut album LUX and on my list of top 10 albums of 2013 with song after song sounding like a well polished machine and grabs you in from the start.
Opening for a band like 5FDP can be a daunting challenge for many bands and then having 2 other bands playing after you before the headliners, your used to a small crowd playing in front of.
This is not the case with Gemini Syndrome as the venue was about 75% full and fans seem to have been catching the early buzz to see these guys.
Opening with songs Syndrome, Basement, and one of my favorites, Resurrection grabbed the crowd by the throat and fully into it as they threw their horns up.
Visually this band is striking as they are powerful, with Aaron’s white hair and white beard to AP on bass almost full body tattoos as he and drummer Brian thundering bass & drums move your head.
Guitarists Rich & Mike blistering guitar work bring it all together.
They finished with their new single Stardust, Left of Me, and Pleasure & Pain that had the crowd roaring their approval.
After the show the guys walked around the venue talking with fans and connecting them for life time.
Let the Synner Conversion begin, will you be converted?
