The Australian’s kicked of Komp’s ‘Totally Politically Correct Holiday Bash’ at the Joint as support for POD and headliners STP, with a rockin’ set that started off with “Die to Save You” from their newest Capitol Records release Connect. Sick Puppies have a long list of radio play singles and they dropped a sum of fave hits peppered with more songs from Connect, and showed it only takes a 3 piece to knock out solid, anthemic rock-n-roll. Vocalist and guitarist Shim Moore, bassist Emma Anzai and drummer Mark Goodwin kept the stage energy and movement high and got the crowd behind them for a short but powerful set. Sick Puppies continue to take their Connect tour through the rest of the year, visit them at http://www.sickpuppies.com/ for news, info and tour dates.
