Megadeth

Megadeth‘s most recent Las Vegas concert, April 17, 2014 at The Pearl in the Palms Casino Resort was a fan’s dream. The sound at The Pearl is always stellar, every seat in the house has a great view, and Megadeth was in top form for this show.

Following Motörhead’s set, the crowd was ready for Megadeth who wasted no time taking over the stage and blasting Hangar 18 for the crowd. A fitting opener for Las Vegas with our nearby proximity to Area 51 and the extraterrestrial highway! Dave Mustaine and Chris Broderick’s masterful guitars, together with bass icon, Dave Ellefson, and drummer Shawn Drover, brought the best Megadeth set I have ever witnessed. The crowd favorites appeared to be Sweating Bullets and A Tout Le Monde, with the voices from the fans loudly joining the band. Check out my photos and the complete set list below:
