Every year, Monster Energy’s Welcome to Rockville starts of the “Worlds Loudest Month” at the end of April in Metropolitan Park in Jacksonville, Florida. Danny Wimmer Presents started this year off with a bang, bringing a massive lineup of 45 bands including Disturbed, Rob Zombie, Shinedown, Bring Me the Horizon, A Day to Remember, SIXX A.M. and Megadeth. It is no surprise that this marks the third consecutive year that the festival has sold out.

Music isn’t the only thing fans get to experience during Rockville. Festival goers were also treated to Gourmet Man Food trucks, a 9 hole putt putt golf course, a ferris wheel and an enormous selection of alcohol ranging from Jack Daniels Whiskey Row, El Jimador’s Tequila World, and vast array of craft beer on site.

Year after year, Rockville delivers a high quality show that continuously outdoes itself. The festival is constantly expanding to accommodate the booming ticket sales and with six years under their belt, I have no doubt that next year will be even bigger and even more fantastic.
